Thanks Darce for clarifying this.

I think that access to information is essential. As a long-time community activist I appreciate how important is is to be able to et information. As a Councillor, there is no doubt that I will do whatever I can to ensure that people have access to the information they need, and not have to pay more than a token amount for it.
